SET THE RIGHT GOALS
Good goals get you excited and out of bed in the morning. They also shouldn’t be so lofty that they give you anxiety. So set realistic short term goals that are stepping stones for you to achieve your long term goals.
LEARN TO GET THROUGH THE WALL
The wall comes in many different forms: mile 18 of the marathon, family duties, work responsibilities, hard workouts on tired legs, etc. Whatever it is, the wall happens when we stop focusing on the present and worry about the unknown future or dwell on things that did go perfectly in the past. Learning the correct skills to get and keep your mind in the present is a critical skill for success.
